Hi

I really like this game and I've been playing it for a while although I don't speak or read a word of Russian. Babelfish is helpful up to a point but I feel I'm stuck right now. I would appreciate if someone can give me some general help in English. Like how do I join a club? Is there any English speaking club? How do I advance my scientific level? What can I do in the institutes and libraries? Thank you.

He estado jugando este juego por un tiempo ya y me gusta mucho a pesar de no hablar ni leer ni una palabra en ruso. Babelfish me ha sido de gran ayuda pero me encuentro estancado en este momento. Agradeceria si alguien me pudiera dar una ayuda general en español. Como me puedo unir a un club? Hay algun club de gente que hable español? Como puedo mejorar mi nivel cientifico? Hello, this game really good we know that, thenk you. Please excuse me for my english, i`m not very good speek on it. As far as I know in the institutes you can work and get money(LV). If your sience level will be big you will be get more money, but as for me I prefer economic level, becouse there are a lot of places at the map where you can work(job).
As far as I know there is not any English speaking clubs...

Hi. I don't think anyone will ever write a complete English guide for the game. Partly because situation is constantly changing, and even Russian help system doesn't explain some things (and sometime even contains outdated information) and partly 'cos it was never targeted at audiences without russian-speaking ability :) It is best to read all news items by administrators to "stay tuned".

To join a club a person "in control" of that club ("Управляющий:") have to send you an invitation. Usually, if a club is open to new members, there's a small entry fee, which you have to transfer to that person with corresponding comment ("for the entry in ... club", "за вступление в ..."), and write a letter asking to join. It is a common practice to quote transfer log with aforementioned money transfer in such a letter.

I am not aware of any English-speaking clubs right now. However you can check full club list on AC Slater's service site for this game:

There are lots of other useful tools too.

Scientific level is much like a production level, only it is connected with institutes, not mines and oil platforms. Currently, due to decreased number of "work slots" in institutes, it's rather hard to get that level up. Also, private institutes impose minimum required scientific level limit to "work" there in daytime to increase their research speed (players with higher sc.level "produce" more technology per hour).

Libraries are used to store researched technologies and to rent it to factories. Currently economic system only starts to develop, so most technologies are temporarily available in "state libraries" for a unified fixed price.
